We are seeking a talented developer and project manager to become my right-hand person. The highest priority is fluency in English – reading, listening, and speaking. This individual must possess strong development skills, either front-end or back-end, and be able to understand project requirements. He/she will need to be able to manage a team of developers and collaborate closely with me on various projects.
Key development skills may include one or more of the following: React.js, Express.js, Node.js, Python, and mobile app frameworks like Flutter or React Native. The candidate must be willing to relocate to Malang city. A competitive salary range of 15 million to 30 million rupiahs is offered, along with benefits like health insurance, IT equipment, paid vacation time – similar to what you’d find in the United States.
The starting date for this full-time position is between mid-April and mid-May.
Below requirements are all a must, so please dont apply unless you fulfil all these criterias:
- Technical Proficiency: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with expertise in React.js, Express.js, Node.js, Python, Flutter, or React Native.
- Management Experience: At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role within a software development team, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Language Skills: Must Fluent in English, capable of effective communication in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Problem-Solving and Analysis: Demonstrated ability in translating client needs into technical solutions and architectural plans, with strong analytical skills.
- Leadership and Team Building: Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Adaptability and Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Malang city and adapt to new work cultures and environments.
